Yes. Up to 2 dogs, 20 pounds or less each, for a $125 pet fee per stay. Please include them in your booking; undisclosed pets are charged the $125 fee for the extra cleaning.

Self check-in with a keypad after 4:00 PM; checkout is before 10:00 AM. You get the code and directions before arrival. Cell service can be spotty in the mountains, so download your check-in details before you drive up.

Absolutely. Birthdays, anniversaries and family reunions among your group are exactly what the house is for. Weddings and events are not permitted, and our insurance doesn't allow them.

Not inside. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the house; smoking or vaping indoors results in a $300 charge for odor removal. Smoking is permitted outdoors on the property.

Yes. It's on the property, visible from the decks, and for our guests only. Paddles, balls and a cornhole set are provided.

There are 4 steps up to the front door. Two bedrooms (a king, and a room with two queens) and a full bathroom are on the main floor, so part of your group can skip the stairs. The loft suite is up a flight and the bunk room and queen room are down a flight.

Firewood is provided for the fire pit and fireplaces, though the supply varies with recent weather. Bring extra if you want guaranteed dry logs.

Free parking in the long driveway for up to 8 cars. The mountain roads are paved but winding, so allow a little extra time.

The dining table seats ten, the breakfast bar seats two more, and the covered deck table seats eight, so the whole group can eat together outside.

Yes. Exterior cameras cover the driveway (so we can see deliveries) and the fire pit area. There are no cameras inside the home.

Ladybugs are common in mountain cabins in certain seasons. We remove them regularly, but a few may visit. Cell service is limited; wifi is not.
