Unwind at this Blue Ridge mountain retreat with a private pickleball court, covered hot tub, wrap-around deck and arcade game room. Mountain views, fireside nights and a kitchen built for group meals, just minutes from hiking, wineries and downtown Blue Ridge.
The main level
One big open room under a vaulted ceiling: a stone fireplace, a 50-inch Smart TV with every streaming app, a velvet sofa, and a fully stocked kitchen with two full-size refrigerators, a gas range, Keurig and drip coffee. The dining table seats ten. Step out to the upper deck for dinner for eight, a grill, rocking chairs, a bar and a telescope.
Where everyone sleeps
The primary king suite sits upstairs in the loft with its own bath. The main level has a second king and a room with two queens, sharing a bath with a soaking tub and mountain view. Downstairs, a queen room sits beside the bunk room with four full-size beds and its own bath.
Downstairs and outside
The game room has a kid-friendly pool table, foosball, air hockey, NBA Jam and Pac-Man arcade games, board games, a Smart TV and a second fireplace. The lower deck has the covered hot tub, swing chairs and giant Connect 4. Out back: the pickleball court, the fire pit, cornhole, Giant Jenga and Ladderball on 3.3 wooded acres.
Good to know
Self check-in after 4 pm, checkout by 10 am. Up to 2 dogs (20 lb or less each) for $125 per stay. Early check-in and late checkout are $25 an hour, up to 4 hours, when the calendar allows. Birthdays and anniversaries are welcome; weddings and events are not. Cell service is spotty in the mountains, so download your check-in details before you drive up. Driveway parking for eight cars.
Main level
One big open room and a wrap-around deck.
Vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, a Smart TV and a sectional big enough for movie night. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, two refrigerators, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, and a peninsula for the morning crowd.
Step outside to the covered deck: a neon-lit porch bar, a gas grill, a long dining table with ceiling fans overhead, rocking chairs, hanging egg chairs and a telescope pointed at the ridge.
Bedrooms
Five bedrooms. Sleeps sixteen.
Two kings, three queens and four full-size bunks, spread across three levels so groups can split up by family or by bedtime.
Primary king suite, upstairs
King bed, private ensuite with shower and tub, Smart TV, a reading table by the window and a bird's-eye view of the living room below.
Main-level king
Windows on all sides so you sleep with the trees. Steps from the kitchen, the main deck and the bathroom with the soaking tub and mountain view.
Main-level two-queen room
Two queen beds with benches, a Smart TV, plenty of closet space and a luggage rack, overlooking the large deck.
Lower-level queen
A quiet queen bedroom placed next to the bunk room and game room, in case you want to be close to the kids.
Bunk room
Two bunk beds with four full-size mattresses, toys and children's books, right next to the game room. Designed for play and togetherness.
Three full bathrooms
An ensuite in the loft, a soaking tub with a mountain view on the main level, and a full tub near the bunk room for bathing the little ones.

Check-in & checkout

Cancellation policy
- Full refund up to 30 days before check-in
- 50% refund between 30 and 7 days before check-in
- No refund within 7 days of check-in
